Many thanks for travelling such a long distance to join us at our U3A meeting in Oundle. We had a great turnout – over 100 people – which is indicative of the interest your visit generated. Thanks for such an interesting talk on the Galápagos Islands, so many people are not able to travel to such far off places so you certainly painted a wonderful picture with your superb photographs.
I hope you will join us again some time in the future, you can be assured of another very warm welcome.
Thank you so much for giving us no less than two wonderfully uplifting talks on Venice and the Carnevale. Both audiences were enthusing afterwards, and asking – no – demanding that you return! Venice is such a magical place and the famous paintings that you portrayed plus your brilliant photography certainly added to our knowledge and enjoyment of it. Thank you again Brian, you are a real hero!!
Many thanks for the super images of my crew and officers from HMS Astute‘s Freedom Ceremony in Wirral. It was a pleasure to meet you and Joe – that was a great moment to be united with an old comrade from the 1950’s Astute submarine. Thanks for making that happen.
Thank you very much for the fun and informative 1 2 1 photography tuition session you gave my son Maciek at Chester Zoo today. He’s come back full of enthusiasm and has just been showing us some of his photos. You have given him lots of useful tips and guidance. I’ll certainly recommend your 1 2 1 sessions to my friends.
Thank you so much for your wonderful ‘Cold Images From The Edge’ yesterday. Your photography was super and your anecdotes so amusing and informative. I think you are the best speaker we have had to date, but don’t tell the others.
You have some fabulous images and your ‘Fox’ photo perfectly complements my poem of the same title. Brian, I can definitely see possibilities in a co-operative venture of your images and my poems. Let me think about it.
My husband and I were at your “Cold Images From The Edge” talk at Marlborough College Summer School with our two young sons, and we wanted to thank you for an enormously entertaining evening. Your photographs were outstanding, helping to convey the stories that accompanied them. Our 8yr old loved the penguins and polar bears; the cute factor kept his interest for the full hour. We came away with humorous anecdotes and new facts from your travels. You had such a relaxed, natural manner and it was a privilege to be a part of it.
Brian, thank you for the fantastic ‘Cold Images From The Edge’ talk on Wednesday. Your polar images were breathtaking, the anecdotes very funny and your enthusiasm infectious. Of all the speakers we have had over this year’s four week Marlborough College Summer School, you are up there with the very best.
Brian your website is simply the most wonderful I have seen, and your images are stunning. I am so looking forward to your visit to our club early next year when you give your Shackleton talk.
Brian I have followed your photography since the early days and what shines out is the love of your subject. Keep it up!!
