First Off And Last Back On

When I set out to photograph some of the world’s most amazing places, I aim to get there before the hordes of tourists arrive, or stay until they have all gone – I do not take pictures of sightseers!! Several in the audience during a recent talk remarked and laughed at this throw away line, so much so, it has inspired a new talk. “First Off And Last Back On” is full of images and funny anecdotes from 30 years of travelling with others on buses, ships and planes. But most importantly, the audience won’t have to wait for me to get back on!!
