Happy Halloween, All Hallows Eve, Allhalloween …
It is that time of year again, the 31st of October or Halloween.
It is widely believed that many Halloween originates from the ancient Celtic harvest festival, particularly the Gaelic festival Samhain; that such festivals may have had pagan roots; and that Samhain itself was Christianised as Halloween by the early Church.
So Happy Halloween to all my website visitors, customers and colleagues on All Hallows Day, Allhalloween or All Hallows’ Eve.
