A Warm Welcome

Its lovely when I visit a club and it feels just right as soon as I walk in. Friendly people help me to set up, the talk goes well with the audience laughing at the right bits and all enjoying my images. Well this happened again on Thursday when I visited Hoylake and West Kirby U3A, with over 100 people attending my talk at 2pm on a sunny, but breezy day. Thanks to Keith and all the club members for making my visit a memorable one, and to Jean for the super endorsement, “Thanks for your fabulous talk.  Our audience enjoyed your presentation, and several of them told me afterwards ‘it’s the best one yet’!  I will certainly second that.  We were absolutely gripped by the spectacular photography, and we really appreciated the geographical and historical aspects, all so very interesting”.
